This full-time machine operator role with Landscape Elements' offers an exciting opportunity to work for a leading provider of Landscaping services in Balcatta, Western Australia. As a operator within our team, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of landscaping projects, utilising earth working machinery to complete a range of tasks.
We are seeking experienced operators with bobcat and/or posi track experience to join our earthworks team.
What you'll be doing
- Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment and machinery, such as bobcat, posi, and other plant equipment
- Perform earthmoving, site preparation, and other landscaping tasks to support the delivery of our projects
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery in compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of equipment and materials to job sites
- Collaborate with the broader landscaping team to deliver high-quality results for clients
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to machinery usage and project progress
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Bobcat / Posi Track Operator, within the construction or landscaping industry
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in the operation of a variety of landscaping machinery and equipment
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and instructions to complete tasks accurately
- Commitment to safety and a track record of safe work practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the broader landscaping team
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to obtain any necessary machinery and equipment licences
You will require
- Skid Steer (Bobcat) Ticket
- Excavator Ticket desirable
- MR License (HR strongly desirable)
- Construction White Card
