Maxwell Recruitment is seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our team, supporting a range of industrial maintenance, shutdown, fabrication, and construction projects across the Illawarra.

About the Role
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Fabricating handrails, platforms, staircases and structural components
- Repairs and modifications to fixed plant equipment
- Working safely in workshop and heavy industrial environments
- Collaborating with fitters, riggers and other trades to complete projects safely and efficiently
About You
- Trade Certificate in Engineering – Fabrication (Boilermaker)
- Previous experience in heavy industry, manufacturing or shutdown environments
- Strong fabrication and welding skills
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Strong focus on safety and working within a team
