Terreco Resources, a proud member of the well-established Todd Group, is seeking a reliable and skilled Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our expanding team based in Burleigh Heads. We're a leader in sustainable waste disposal, partnering with government bodies, top-tier construction companies, and private developers to deliver innovative solutions and tackle complex site challenges.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining, repairing, and fabricating components for the fleet, plant, and machinery that supports our waste management and resource recovery operations. Working closely with our Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will help ensure equipment remains safe, reliable, and ready to support daily site activities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Fabricating, repairing, and modifying plant equipment, machinery, bins, trailers, and vehicle components
- Performing welding, cutting, grinding, and general metal fabrication tasks
- Assisting the Heavy Diesel Mechanic with maintenance, repairs, and breakdown work as required
- Conducting inspections to identify wear, damage, and structural issues
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs to minimise equipment downtime
- Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and repair requirements
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of work completed
- Supporting a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment
- Attending breakdowns and repair work in office when required

What We're Looking For

- Trade-qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator
- Previous experience in a similar role within waste management, quarrying, civil,



transport, earthmoving, or heavy industry environments advantageous
- Strong welding and fabrication skills across a variety of equipment and structures
- Experience working on trucks, trailers, loaders, excavators, crushers, screens, or similar heavy equipment highly regarded
- Ability to identify faults and recommend practical repair solutions
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and maintaining high workshop standards
- Valid driver's licence
