The Role

You'll work closely with our accountants and advisers, providing bookkeeping support across a broad portfolio of clients.

Your client base will include businesses across:

- Agriculture and farming
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Private wealth

Your responsibilities will include:

- Day-to-day bookkeeping for a diverse range of clients
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing and STP compliance
- BAS preparation and lodgement




- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting clients with bookkeeping and software queries
- Liaising directly with clients and building strong relationships
- Supporting the accounting team with compliance work

About You You'll ideally have experience within public practice bookkeeping and be comfortable managing multiple clients while delivering accurate, high-quality work.

You'll also bring:

- Experience with Xero (Handisoft experience highly regarded)
- Exposure to BGL or Class Super would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- A proactive approach to learning and career development
- Confidence communicating with clients
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team
