BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT MANAGER - KIVARI

About You: You are an influential team member who loves making an impact. If you have a track record of success within the retail or customer service industry in a supervisory capacity, coupled with a passion for being an ambassador in your environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Driving and succeeding in sales and KPI results
- Supporting the Boutique Manager with training and developing our team
- Always provide exceptional customer service
- Greeting all visitors to the boutique




- Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard
- Operational running of the boutique day to day
- Manage new stock deliveries
- Oversee all aspects of the running of the boutique

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in leadership or supervising a boutique
- Previous experience in Customer Service and sales
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Demonstrated skill in delivering results
- An influential leader
