As a Branch Assistant, here's what a typical day could look like:
- You'll be out on the road, delivering goods safely and efficiently to our local customers – with a smile.
- You'll be one of the main faces our customers see, so outstanding service and friendly interactions are a must.
- When you're in the branch, you'll help process orders, prepare quotes, and support the team with stocking shelves and managing inventory.
- You'll also assist with order management to ensure everything is ready to go when it's delivery time.
What do you need to bring?
- A valid open driver's license and a safe driving record.
- A current Class C (car) driver's licence is required for this position.
- Experience in a similar role and a passion for customer service.
- Experience in delivery driving, retail sales, customer service, warehouse operations, or the trade industry is highly valued.
- Basic computer skills to handle quotes and sales processing.
- A team player attitude – humble, hard-working, and always ready to pitch in.
- Australian permanent residency is required for this role.
