Penske New Zealand is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our major operations in either Tauranga or Christchurch. Reporting directly to the General Manager - New Zealand, you'll have the autonomy to grow the business, lead a high-performing team and shape the future of one of Penske's most important operations.

Your Responsibilities:

- Driving business growth by leveraging your established industry networks to identify and secure new opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
- Strengthening customer partnerships and enhancing market presence.
- Driving sales growth and profitability across all business areas.
- Delivering operational excellence by ensuring the efficient management of a complex, multi-functional operation.
- Leading a high-performing team all whilst building an engaged, cooperative, and high-performance culture.
- Coaching and developing future leaders within the business.




- Championing employee engagement, wellbeing and safety.
- Playing an active role within the New Zealand leadership team.

About You: You are a commercially astute and people-focused leader who thrives in complex operational environments. You will bring:

- Proven success in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong networks and credibility within the on-highway and/or off-highway industries.
- Demonstrated experience achieving sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution.
- A leadership style that inspires trust, accountability, and high performance.
- A genuine commitment to developing people and creating a positive workplace culture.
