Join Clean Green Strata Facilities Management (CGSFM) With over 30 years of experience, CGSFM is one of NSW's leading providers of Building Management, Cleaning, Landscaping, and Facilities Management services across Sydney, Canberra, the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Wollongong. We're looking for an experienced Building Manager to manage a premium residential strata building in Canberra.

About the Role Reporting to the Facilities Management Director, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring it is safe, well-maintained, compliant, and operating to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Manage building maintenance and preventative works

Coordinate contractors and service providers

Build strong relationships with residents and the Strata Committee

Ensure WHS, fire safety, and statutory compliance

Monitor budgets, process invoices, and obtain quotations

Prepare monthly reports and maintain building records





Respond to emergencies and oversee building presentation About You You'll have: At least 3 years' Building or Facilities Management experience

Strong knowledge of residential strata operations

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience managing contractors and maintenance programs

Sound understanding of WHS and compliance requirements A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong customer service focus
