About The Role What if your MBA — your deep knowledge of corporate finance, market strategy, and business operations — could directly shape how AI advises executives and powers business decisions for millions of people? We're looking for MBA-qualified business professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. You'll stress-test AI reasoning across the full spectrum of business domains, author authoritative solutions, and ensure that the AI systems influencing real-world decisions are sharp, accurate, and genuinely boardroom-ready.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just serious business expertise and a high standard for rigorous thinking.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design complex business challenges — craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, supply chain optimization, and organizational behavior
Author gold-standard solutions — produce rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales that serve as training benchmarks for AI models
Audit AI-generated business content — evaluate business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to qualified standards
Identify and correct AI reasoning failures — catch errors like ignored sunk costs,
miscalculated WACC, or flawed macroeconomic assumptions, and provide structured, actionable feedback that improves model performance
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines — Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
Skilled analytical writer who can synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations
Highly detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, logical inconsistencies, and flawed assumptions that others miss
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
