Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical content

Conduct thorough QA reviews, refine processes, and drive team efficiency

Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on training, and career development guidance

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates

Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce,



and operations Who You Are Holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

2+ years of team management or leadership experience

3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content production, or domain-focused project work

Robust research and analytical skills with a sharp eye for logical consistency

Skilled at delivering constructive feedback and detailed annotations

Creative thinker who can approach problems from multiple angles

Excellent communicator and collaborator — comfortable working across distributed teams

No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation systems
