We need MBA-level experts to stress-test, challenge, and teach these systems how to think like seasoned executives.

Your domain expertise will become the foundation that AI learns from. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business knowledge and a sharp eye for rigorous reasoning.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Advanced Business Challenges — Craft complex, real-world business cases and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more

Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — including financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as the definitive benchmark for AI training

Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional-grade quality

Sharpen AI Thinking — Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning, such as misapplied WACC calculations,



sunk cost fallacies, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide structured corrective feedback Who You Are Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution

Strong command of at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management

Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations

Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, logic gaps, and structural weaknesses others miss

Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy

Background in data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems

Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
