Our client URGENTLY requires a WFM Business Analyst for 3 months + Contract in Brisbane.

The Business Analyst will undertake analysis and documentation of existing clinical rostering systems and associated business processes. The primary purpose of this role is to develop a comprehensive understanding of current rostering solutions, workflows, data structures, integrations and operational practices.

Skills and Experience required include: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex business and systems analysis engagements within large and complex organisations.

Solid background in researching, analysing, and documenting Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Use Cases.

Knowledge of clinical workforce management, rostering, payroll, human resources, and finance systems is desirable.





Experience analysing workforce management and roster-to-pay processes, and working with clinical rostering platforms and workforce management solutions within healthcare environment, is also desirable.

Government and/or healthcare experience would be highly advantageous.
