NDIS Employment Coach / Business Coach

Kushiify Cares is a registered NDIS provider committed to empowering people with disability to achieve greater independence, confidence and meaningful employment outcomes. We are looking for a passionate, motivated and compassionate NDIS Employment Coach / Business Coach to join our growing team in Perth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work one-on-one with NDIS participants, helping them develop workplace skills, build confidence, overcome barriers and secure meaningful employment.

About the Role

As an Employment Coach, you will:

- Support NDIS participants to identify employment and career goals.
- Assist participants with resume writing, job searching and online applications.
- Prepare participants for interviews and workplace expectations.
- Build participants’ confidence, communication and workplace skills.
- Develop individual employment plans and monitor progress.
- Liaise with employers, community organisations and support networks.
- Provide ongoing workplace support where required.
- Maintain accurate case notes and participant documentation.
- Work collaboratively with Support Coordinators, allied health professionals and families.

About You You are passionate about helping people achieve their employment goals and believe everyone deserves the opportunity to participate in meaningful work.

You will have

- Experience in disability, employment or community services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work independently while managing a participant caseload.
- Good organisational and computer skills.
- A positive,



person-centred and solution-focused approach.

Essential Requirements

- Experience supporting people with disability or individuals facing barriers to employment.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Current WA Driver’s Licence.
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Right to work in Australia.

Desirable

- Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Disability, Employment Services or a related field.
- Experience working within the NDIS.
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards.
- Experience building relationships with employers and community organisations.
