Snyder Global Pty Ltd The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting and directing business growth by developing and maintaining investor portfolios, advising clients on bullion market trends and product characteristics, and managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to fulfilment. The role also supports regulatory and operational integrity by coordinating with compliance teams to ensure client documentation is complete and verified.

responsibilities Develop and maintain portfolios for private and institutional investors, with a focus on client relationship management and long-term account growth. Advise clients on bullion market trends, pricing movements, and the characteristics of precious metals products, including suitability for different investor profiles. Execute end-to-end sales processes, including preparing orders, coordinating payments, confirming transactions, and arranging secure logistics for delivery or collection.

Coordinate with compliance teams to verify client identification, onboarding materials, and supporting documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients to support repeat business and referrals. Prepare client communications, promotional materials, and product updates aligned with current market activity.

Monitor sales activity and maintain accurate records in internal systems. Work collaboratively with operations, logistics,



and compliance teams to ensure a high standard of client service. Qualification & experience Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, finance, commerce, or a related discipline is desirable.

Experience in regulated sales environments will be highly regarded. Experience in sales, marketing, client relationship management, or account management, preferably in financial services, commodities, wealth products, or precious metals. Strong understanding of investor engagement and the ability to communicate market information clearly and persuasively.

Ability to explain bullion products and market developments to both private and institutional clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing transactions and documentation. Ability to work effectively with compliance and operational stakeholders.
