The Role
This is a great opportunity for a an early-career sales professional who is keen to build their skills and grow their career in B2B sales.
As part of our Sales team, you’ll be supported to learn how to identify new opportunities, speak with customers, and manage the sales process from start to finish. You’ll work with experienced team members and receive training on our products, systems and sales approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Working with leads generated by marketing and the wider business
- Learning how to manage the sales process from first contact to close
- Preparing quotes and proposals with support from the team
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Attending industry events or meetings as your confidence grows
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing to achieve team targets
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Interest in sales, technology or B2B environments
- Ability to stay organised and follow processes
- Comfortable using basic systems (Microsoft Office, CRM — training provided)
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not essential
