As our Maintenance Division continues its rapid growth, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, build lasting relationships and help shape the future of our business.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing commercial landscape maintenance contracts across Greater Sydney.

Working closely with our leadership team, you'll identify opportunities, develop strategic relationships and become a trusted advisor to our clients.

Your customers will include

- Industrial and logistics facilities

- Residential communities and developers

- Schools and universities

- Government departments and local councils

- Retirement villages and aged care providers

- Commercial property owners and managers

- Facilities management companies

This is a relationship-driven role. Success won't come from sitting behind a desk—it comes from being in front of clients, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions that create long-term value.

About You

Previous experience in commercial landscaping is highly regarded, but it's not essential.

We're looking for someone with the right mindset, work ethic and personality.





You'll ideally have

- Proven success in business development or B2B sales
- The ability to build genuine relationships quickly

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A confident, personable and skilled approach

- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- The ability to think on your feet and solve problems
- A resilient attitude with the persistence to keep chasing opportunities until they're won
- A high level of self-motivation and accountability
- A current Australian driver's licence

Experience in facilities management, commercial property, construction, landscaping, maintenance services or related industries will be highly regarded.
