Business Development Manager – Holiday Accommodation/ New Development Focus

Alloggio is one of Australia’s leading short-term rental management companies, managing more than 3,500 holiday properties across some of the country’s most recognised tourism destinations.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive portfolio growth across new developments on the Gold Coast.

This role is focused on securing high-quality short-term rental properties under management and growing Alloggio’s presence within one of Australia’s strongest holiday accommodation markets.

This is not a traditional property management role.

We are looking for a commercially driven operator with a robust project marketing/sales background to focus on opportunities across new developments in the Gold Coast region.

You will be responsible for identifying recent developments in the region and converting these into holiday accommodation opportunities, building relationships with property developers and local industry contacts, and driving long-term portfolio growth across the region.

Success in this role comes from solid local networks, commercial instincts,



and the ability to position Alloggio as the preferred partner for short-term rental management across new developments in the Gold Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

- Secure new holiday properties under management
- Build relationships with property owners, developers, and local industry partners
- Drive portfolio growth across the Gold Coast market
- Prospect, negotiate, and convert new business opportunities
- Manage your pipeline and territory with a high level of autonomy
- Work closely with leadership to support regional growth initiatives

Skills & Experience

- Previous project marketing/sales background preferred
- Strong network within the Gold Coast market
- Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
- Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
- Self-motivated and highly relationship-driven
- Current QLD certificate of registration or Real Estate License
