What you’ll be responsible for:

- Full ownership of branch performance and profitability
- Driving sales growth, winning new business and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Leading from the front, coaching an experienced team and creating a high-performance culture.
- Building strong relationships with trade customers, local businesses and suppliers to maximise business opportunities.
- Identifying and executing growth opportunities across the local market.
- Embedding strong operational standards, service excellence and commercial discipline.
- Representing the business professionally and building a strong presence within the local community.

About you:

- Proven success in branch management, business management or leading a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Background in trade wholesale,



construction, plumbing, electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential)
- A commercially minded leader with a strong sales focus and genuine drive to grow a business.
- Confident building relationships, earning trust quickly and engaging with customers beyond purely transactional interactions.
- Comfortable leading from the front and setting the standard for a small, experienced team.
- Motivated by accountability, long-term growth and achieving results.
- Naturally community-minded, with the ability to build relationships inside and outside of the branch.
