About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Business Operations Analyst to support business performance, operational improvement, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, evaluate performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support organizational growth.

? Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Operations Improvement

Analyze business operations, workflows, and processes to identify efficiency improvements.

Collect, organize, and interpret operational data to support business decisions.

Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management review.

Monitor business KPIs and provide insights to improve operational performance.

Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to operational challenges.

Support process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Strategic Operations Support

Assist in developing operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

Support planning, execution, and tracking of business initiatives.

Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations.

Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.





Prepare business presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership.

Support change management and operational transformation initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Create and maintain operational dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Track performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Support forecasting, resource planning, and business planning activities.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data and reports.

Utilize analytical tools to improve visibility and decision-making.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, project management, or related roles is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and business management systems is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
