Business Performance Analyst (AI Training) About The Role What if your years of business analysis experience could directly shape how AI understands finance, strategy, and organizational decision-making? We're looking for Business Performance Analysts to lead and mentor teams creating high-quality, business-focused content that trains cutting-edge AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced business professionals who thrive in leadership, love operational excellence, and want to do meaningful work at the frontier of AI — no prior AI experience required.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating business-focused AI training content

Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects

Conduct quality assurance reviews, refine team processes, and drive continuous improvement

Provide structured performance feedback, training, and professional development to your team

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates and insights

Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, and e-commerce Who You Are Experienced people leader with a track record of managing and developing analytical teams

Strong business analyst or consultant background with deep domain expertise

Naturally detail-oriented — you set high standards and hold your team to them





Transparent, confident communicator who can translate complex ideas into structured, actionable content

Methodical and organised, with a talent for improving team efficiency without sacrificing quality

No prior AI or tech experience required — your business expertise is what matters Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

2+ years of team management or leadership experience

3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content strategy, or domain-focused projects

Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy

Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and detailed annotations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

Experience with data annotation, content quality evaluation, or AI training workflows

Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
