you'll become a key member of the leadership team and be heavily involved in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory services.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing a diverse portfolio of business clients - Providing tax planning and business advisory services - Reviewing financial statements and tax returns - Building long-term relationships with clients - Managing workflow and mentoring junior staff - Identifying advisory opportunities to add value to clients - Working closely with the Principal on strategic client matters - Assisting with the future growth of the office About You You’ll ideally bring:
- CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion) - 5+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice - Experience managing your own client portfolio - Strong technical knowledge across Business Services & Tax - Previous experience reviewing work and mentoring staff - Excellent communication and relationship management skills - Ambition to progress into a leadership position Why Apply?
