Rusty’s Espresso, a subsidiary of Hawkesbury Hills Catering Company, is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Café All‑Rounder to join our team in a Permanent Part‑Time role. If you love good coffee, great people, and a workplace where everyone pitches in, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

You’ll work across a mix of barista duties, food preparation, customer service, and general café operations. This is a hands‑on role in a quick‑paced but supportive environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Hours: 7:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday Location: Glendenning, NSW

What We’re Looking For

- 12+ months of experience in a similar café or hospitality setting

- Confident making coffees (barista experience preferred)





- Experience with cooking and food preparation

- Completed basic Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable transport to and from work

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
