We're looking for an exceptional Cafe Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of Perth's busiest and most loved neighbourhood cafes.

About the Role
As our Cafe Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the cafe and lead our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service every day.
Working closely with the owners and kitchen team, you'll ensure the cafe runs efficiently, the team feels supported, and every guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire our front-of-house team.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the cafe.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Manage rosters and labour to meet business targets.
- Recruit, train and develop new team members.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
- Manage stock ordering and supplier relationships.
- Monitor cafe performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Help create a positive, energetic and supportive workplace culture.
About You You'll be someone who naturally leads from the front and genuinely enjoys making both customers and your team feel looked after.
You'll also have
- Previous management experience in a busy cafe.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with rostering and labour management.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- A passion for hospitality and continuous improvement.
- A current WA Approved Manager's Card (or willingness to obtain).
