The Role:

As Team Leader, you will play a vital role in managing a team of fundraising agents while also being actively involved in calling supporters yourself. You’ll inspire your team to achieve fundraising targets, ensure exceptional performance, and lead by example.

Your team will be responsible for reaching out to past, present, and future supporters, raising essential funds for a variety of charities.





You will also collaborate closely with senior management to develop strategies and ensure ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

- At least 6 months of experience managing a team in a Call Centre workplace or similar!

- Experience working towards KPI’s in a Sales environment!

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of call centre agents to achieve fundraising goals.

- Monitor team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and encouragement.

- Ensure you can lead for the front and be an example for all members of the team

- Analyse performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.

- Creating daily and weekly incentives to keep your team motivated

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
