Your new company An established and growing facilities maintenance company is looking for 4 x experienced Carpenters and Handy Persons to join the team immediately. You will work across government, retail and commercial sites throughout Greater Sydney, with steady ongoing work, a supportive team and the chance to build a long-term career with a business that genuinely values good tradespeople.

Your new role

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You will carry out all-round maintenance including carpentry repairs, minor plumbing, painting and patching, replacing lamps, door and window repairs, small fit-out and upgrade works, client liaison and general reporting. For more senior candidates, there is also the opportunity to step into a Leading Hand position involving scoping works, pricing jobs, coordinating subcontractors and helping lead a small team.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will ideally be a trade-qualified Carpenter or an experienced Handy Person with strong all-round maintenance skills. You will also need a current NSW driver's licence, a practical attitude, the ability to work independently,



confidence dealing with clients on site and basic computer skills for reporting. If you take pride in your work, enjoy variety and want a role where your experience is valued, you will fit right in.
