We're currently looking for multiple Carpenters and Labourers to join our team across the Northern Rivers region. Positions will commence on a casual or contract basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role for the right people.

Who We're Looking For

Carpenters

We're looking for a weapon of a carpenter — someone who genuinely knows their trade and takes pride in producing quality work.

You'll be the type of person who:

- Isn't afraid to tackle a variety of work and adapt to different projects

- Takes ownership and responsibility on site

- Works efficiently without cutting corners

- Communicates well with clients, subcontractors and teammates

- Brings a positive attitude and helps lift the standard of those around them

- Clicks with the team and contributes to a strong workplace culture

- Is comfortable using smartphones, tablets and technology on site

- Can quickly learn and use job management apps, project management systems and digital reporting tools

- Understands that being a great tradie today is about more than swinging a hammer

Labourers

We're looking for reliable, hardworking labourers who get stuck in and make the day run smoother for everyone around them.

You'll be the type of person who:

- Shows up on time and ready to work

- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing the basics well

- Doesn't need to be told twice

- Is happy to jump between different tasks and support the crew wherever needed

- Takes initiative and looks for solutions rather than problems

- Wants to learn current skills and develop within the construction industry

- Is comfortable using mobile apps and technology as part of the job

- Can learn new systems, complete digital site records and communicate through job management software

- Contributes positively to the team and helps create a good atmosphere on site

Requirements

Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain:

- White Card

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- National Police Check

- Reliable transport and current driver's licence
