What you’ll do:
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
- Support and guide visitors through exhibitions and activities.
- Work as part of a cooperative, supportive team.
- Assist with tours, programs, and general day-to-day operations.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong Customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A love of Canberra, its history, culture, and people.
- Ability to support daily operations providing visitor information assisting with exhibits and managing visitor flow
- Prior experience in the education sector and or museums and cultural facility program delivery will be highly regarded.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends (1–4 shifts per week depending on demand).
- Experience in education, tourism, museums or cultural programs (advantageous but not essential).
