The Role

This is a customer-focused Cashier position where you'll be the face of Five Guys, delivering outstanding service while ensuring every guest has a great experience. You'll also assist with food preparation and support the kitchen team when required, with full training provided.

Hours

- Monday to Sunday, between 8:00am – midnight (rotating roster)
- Full availability Friday to Sunday is required

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and providing friendly, efficient service
- Taking orders, processing payments, and handling cash accurately
- Preparing drinks and completing customer orders
- Assisting with fresh food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as required
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards across front and back of house




- Supporting the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
