Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Check-in and Check-out Guests
- To provide warm, friendly, efficient and professional service to all hotel guests
- To have a thorough knowledge of both the hotel and its facilities, and a thorough knowledge of the local area and services
- Ensure all guest charges are correctly posted to the relevant guest folio
- To be able to take reservations, when necessary, either by phone or directly. To monitor hotel occupancy and do not place the hotel in an overbooked situation.
- To answer the phone within three rings (includes both internal and external calls),



in accordance with established hotel operating procedures and direct the call in an productive manner.

To be considered for this role you need to:

- Availability to work a rotating roster, including shifts on weekends and Public Holidays
- Experience with PMS property management
- Customer Service Experience
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Have Australian National Police Clearance, no more than three months old
