Contact: [email protected] About the opportunity Join our Nurseries Team at Mercy Hospital for Women to provide high-quality clinical care in Neonatal Intensive Care and Special Care Nursery. We are a Public tertiary teaching Hospital located in Heidelberg and are one of just five Neonatal Intensive Care Units in Victoria.

In this role you will:

- Provide high-quality clinical care for premature babies and their families.
- Play an integral role in a motivated multi-disciplinary clinical team with a robust family-centered care approach.
- Work your choice of shifts, to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month. What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in NICU.
- Excellent clinical, time management,



organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
