We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Reception / Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a quick-paced environment and has an interest in fitness.

Key Duties:

- Welcoming and assisting members and guests
- Explaining and selling memberships
- Maintaining an active floor presence by engaging with members and fostering a strong sense of community
- Creating social media content - ideas, planning, editing and polishing
- Handling bookings, tours, phone calls and daily administration
- Maintaining club cleanliness and presentation standards
- Applies common sense and good judgement in day-to-day tasks
- Supporting club events, promotions and campaigns

About You:

- Friendly, confident and qualified communicator




- Comfortable in a sales-focused environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable creating social media content
- High level of attention to detail with practical decision-making skills
- Interest in health and fitness
- First Aid certificate (highly regarded)
- Certificate 3 in Fitness (highly regarded)
