Established in 1983, Swimart is Australia's number one pool care company. Our friendly team of retail and service technicians ensure the health and well-being of hundreds of pools in Melbourne's inner Eastern suburbs.
We are looking for a well presented, fast learning, customer focused individual to join our team on a casual basis. While experience in the pool industry will be highly regarded, it is not essential.
Being a seasonal business we are able to offer more hours over the summer months which may suit students.
Your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to;
- Performing water tests for customers
- Providing advice to customers regarding their pool needs both in store and over the phone.
- Processing invoice.
- Maintain stock levels on shelves
- Keep the store clean and tidy.
The successful applicant will possess;
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace setting
- Great organisational skills
