- Shape quality, culture and centre success AMIGA Montessori is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our Armstrong Creek service.

About the Role As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while supporting, coaching and developing a capable and committed team.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading and supporting the centre team to deliver high-quality education and care
- Building trusted relationships with children, families and the local community
- Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and Child Safe Standards
- Supporting the ongoing development of the Quality Improvement Plan
- Managing enrolments, occupancy, family enquiries and centre tours
- Demonstrating experience managing rosters and wages with consideration to W:R percentage targets and educator-to-child ratios
- Supporting team engagement through regular communication, coaching and performance development
- Ensuring the centre maintains a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment
- Working collaboratively with AMIGA Montessori’s Operations, People and Pedagogy teams About You To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent qualification
- Have proven experience working as a Centre Manager; or significant experience as a 2IC or Assistant Centre Manager
- Demonstrate strong operational, leadership and people-development capabilities
- Have sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework,



National Regulations and Child Safe Standards
- Be confident managing staffing, rosters, wages, occupancy and compliance requirements
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
