For us, it’s more than just early learning, it’s about building connections, nurturing growth, and being part of something truly meaningful in our communities. We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our team at Remus Way Preschool.

Preschool, located in Taylors Lakes, is passionate about building strong, secure relationships with children and families. Proudly rated Exceeding the National Quality Standard, we deliver inclusive, play-based programs for three-year-old and four-year-old kindergarten, nurturing every child’s growth and learning journey.

This is a part-time ongoing role, working 8.75 hours per week on Tuesdays from 7:45am to 5:00pm.

You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.

You have a drive to grow and improve continually. You value kindness and respect. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.

About the role

You'll create a supportive workplace where children are safeguarded to learn and grow. You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
