We are seeking a Chef on a casual basis to join our team, availability is required between 10am to 6pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. What’s on Offer:

Novated Car Leasing options through our partners Maxxia or Flair Cars The role As the Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Hospitality Teams while preparing resident meals to the highest quality and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
We are not only focused on providing exceptional care to our residents but to provide a safe, secure, friendly, and supportive setting for our staff members.
What you will be doing Preparing nutritious meals, snacks, and desserts to the highest standards
Maintaining hygiene standards within the kitchen and adhering to health and safety procedures this may include clean duties such as washing dishes and maintaining food safety programs
Developing relationships with residents and their families, providing companionship at mealtimes, and seeking feedback on menu improvements
Working with a friendly team of Cooks, Kitchen Hands and Food Service Assistants
About you We are looking for an experienced Chef with the following qualities and skills: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery A strong customer focus
Experience in a similar role within Aged Care or a commercial kitchen would be advantageous
Knowledge of special dietary requirements/modified meals beneficial
Willing to obtain a NDIS Clearance Check if successful
Fully vaccinated for 2026 Influenza and COVID-19 (1 dose) or willing to obtain one
