We are seeking two passionate, driven hospitality professionals — a Chef de Partie and a Breakfast Cook/Chef — to join our team at Tower Lodge, the Hunter Valley's only luxury lodge. With a quality driven team working closely with farmers, producers and artisan crafters, we select some of our region's best ingredients to celebrate the abundance of beautiful produce the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Experience:

- Proven experience working in the hospitality industry
- Relevant experience in a similar role




- Restaurant kitchen experience is required for the Chef de Partie position.

Chef de Partie is offered as a full-time position, while the Breakfast Chef/Cook role is available on a part-time or casual basis, to suit the right candidate.
