About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and care





- Manage your section and maintain high kitchen standards

- Assist with stock control and minimise wastage

- Support and mentor junior chefs and apprentices

- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained

- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen workplace

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- A passion for great food and hospitality

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality

- Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship
