Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging, rigorous chemistry problems to test and benchmark AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound reasoning that can be used to evaluate AI outputs
Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and overall quality
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
Provide structured,
actionable feedback that helps improve AI model behavior over time Who You Are Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
