Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging chemistry problems across domains like chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous, well-documented reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry
Provide structured,
expert feedback that directly improves how AI handles complex scientific content Who You Are Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating reasoning and accuracy
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
