We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care and supervision to children aged 6 months to 5 years.
- Developing and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for children.
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and needs.
- Collaborating with other staff members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Annual Remuneration $78,000 - $83,000.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in childcare or early childhood education.
- A relevant qualification in
Early Childhood Education or a related field, such as Certificate II or III, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in children services OR At three one year of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications'.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Current
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Background check clearance.
