You will work within a supportive team to deliver high-quality care in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Key Responsibilities
- Implement and assist in the development of educational programs (EYLF).
- Supervise children’s indoor and outdoor activities ensuring a safe and hygienic setting.
- Support children’s daily routines including mealtimes, rest, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily observations.
- Engage with parents and families to provide updates on their child’s development.
- Ensure all activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualification: Certificate III in
Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Australian regulated childcare setting preferred.
- Compliance: Valid
Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for documentation and parent interaction.
