We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, takes pride in producing high-quality engineering documentation, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and delivering civil engineering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, authorities and the wider project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare civil engineering designs and technical documentation.
- Produce accurate engineering drawings and drafting deliverables.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports and correspondence.
- Liaise directly with clients, contractors and relevant authorities.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure all work meets relevant Australian Standards and industry requirements.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience within the civil consulting industry.
- Strong design and drafting skills.
- Exceptional technical report writing and communication skills.
- A client-first mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team.
- Proficiency with industry software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Music X, QGIS, Drains and the Microsoft Office Suite.
