Your new company A well-established and highly regarded civil contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee the delivery of subdivision and civil infrastructure projects across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions.

Based in the office and visiting sites across the region, you will play a key role in coordinating crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your new role

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site operations across multiple civil construction projects for the Sunshine Coast & Gympie Region
- Coordinate subcontractors, operators, labour and suppliers
- Manage construction activities including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities and subdivisions
- Monitor project progress, quality and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and project requirements
- Complete site documentation including daily diaries, inspections and reports




- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients to achieve project outcomes
- Drive a positive safety and performance culture on site

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand within civil construction
- Solid background delivering subdivision, road or civil infrastructure projects
- Experience managing subcontractors and site crews
- Sound understanding of earthworks, drainage, water, sewer and road construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and project delivery
