Our client is an established and well-rounded Insurance firm, looking for a Property and Motor Insurance Consultants to join their expanding team. They have beautiful up-to-date offices, located central to all modes of transport making it easily accessible to all.

The Role

- Assisting with a portfolio of claims

- Attending to inbound phone calls and lodging claims

- Managing claim general inquiries

- Providing clients with information on product offerings

- Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers

- Hourly: $35 - $45 per hour + super

- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + plus super

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

- Location: Sydney CBD

Ideal Candidate

- Experience within property/motor claims industry is essential





- Strong customer service and administration skills essential

- Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry

- Sales and Call Center experience desirable
- The ability to work in a team and in a fast paced environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
