About the role

As part of the operations team, you will work alongside the clinical team to ensure that all residents receive the highest quality care, all the while providing them and their families with respectful and efficient customer service.

You will possess experience in a hospitality environment, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team.

What you’ll bring

- Previous experience in similar role or experience working in different roles involving cleaning, laundry and kitchens.




- Prior experience working in an aged care home is ideal but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Evidence of Influenza vaccination
- Full working rights in Australia
