The role

As a Client Relationship Officer at Australian Specialist Hub, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our valued medical experts and customers. Based in our vibrant Sydney office, this full-time position is a crucial link between our clients and our business, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed and their experience with us is positive.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with the day to day running of our medicolegal clinic
- Preparing paperwork and briefs for medical specialists
- Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients on our services
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Assist with the coordination of client meetings and events
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably within the administration or medical support industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients




- Solid organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes for our clients
