Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Client Service Officers to join their team in Parramatta and Surry Hills.
The Client Service Officer is responsible for managing a customer caseload to deliver financial management services to customers and make decisions on their behalf.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies and make substitute decisions to manage customer finances including medium to long term planning.
2. Communicate and engage with customers to understand their financial needs and existing arrangements, build rapport and consult with the customer to understand aspirations.
3. Actively listen to the concerns and enquiries of customers and stakeholders and work to resolve issues.

Escalate complex matters and substantial complaints to the Senior Client Service Officer or Principal Client Service Officer, as required. Discuss progress with Senior Client Service Officer and complete ongoing decisions, budgets and administration.
Selection Criteria:
1. Well-developed interpersonal skills, including demonstrated capacity to provide a high level of client contact service and the ability to work within a team.
2. General computer office skills, combined with a valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
3. Capacity to work well within an environment of fluctuating workloads and changing priorities.
On offer is a contract until 31/01/2024 at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
