What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with client onboarding, document management and admin support using various practice management programs

- Helping maintain client records across platforms like Xero, Now Infinity and the ATO Portal

- Support internal workflows including job setup, engagement proposals and ASIC form submissions

- Manage general office admin such as emails, document filing, office ordering and meeting room setup

- Assisting with managing client communications via phone

- Collaborate with accountants and provide general support to the broader team

What We’re Looking For

- Currently studying Accounting, Commerce or a related field

- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe tools

- Organised, proactive and eager to learn





- Excellent attention to detail and time management

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a team workplace
