CLINIC MANAGER (NDIS COMPANY)

Location : Lower North Shore Sydney

Engagement : Full Time

Salary: 120-150K pending experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an integral role to the Company, heading up the operations for the Sydney Clinic within a global company!

A few key points about the role:

- Management of around 40 staff
- Managing the day to day operations of the clinic
- Scope and oversight across scheduling, debt management, accounts payable, marketing, HR and managing external market changes within the sector affecting the business
- Driving a workforce that delivers 'goosebump' moments and outcomes for their clients + their families





ABOUT YOU The Company is open to candidates from different backgrounds however the following key things will be important:

- A passion for paediatrics and helping some of our most vulnerable kids with disabilities
- Experience within the NDIS sector is highly desirable
- Experience managing a large team is essential
- Experience managing clinic operations is excellent however if you have managed operations for a large team within a community setting that is fine as well
- It's not necessary to be a clinician for this role - so non clinical leaders please feel free to apply!
