About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our Loganholme Clinic on a full-time basis (38 hours per week). Reporting to the Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy clinic. This is a varied position that combines front-of-house administration with occupational health screening, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Previous experience in medical administration, healthcare, reception or occupational health will be highly regarded,
but is not essential as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities - Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing reception and general administrative duties
- Processing medical bookings and appointments
- Managing medical results and documentation
- Conducting preliminary medical assessments
- Collecting specimens, including supervising Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Performing audiometry and spirometry testing
